Our team works remotely from all over the world, and there’s no relocation required. For this role, we’re looking for someone who can work UK time zone hours, but you can live and work from anywhere-just like many of our team members! 

As we expand, we’re looking for an Automation Engineer to build and maintain smooth, no-code automation systems that keep things running effortlessly. You’re a sharp, tech-minded troubleshooter who thrives on solving problems and making life easier for others.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Build & Support

Build and maintain the development of scalable no-code/low-code automation solutions.
Ensure your automations are within the company’s build guidelines.
Proactive and Reactive Technical Support.

Clarity & Communication 

Confirm ‘Definition of done’ is clearly understood on daily workload.
Usage of project management software in an efficient and timely manner.
Maintain documentation of your builds.

Team Work & Commitment 

Prepare for and attend daily workflow calls with your line manager.
Attend weekly Team Training calls with the team.
Prepare for and attend fortnightly scorecard check-ins with your line manager.

Who are we looking for?

  • Must-have skills

    • Automation & Workflow Development using HighLevel and supporting tools like Zapier, Make, PlusThis.
    • CRM Management and campaign lifecycle execution.
    • Task and Project Management using platforms like Asana, Trello, or Monday.
    • Documentation Proficiency—writing how-to guides and maintaining internal wikis.
    • Familiar with email deliverability best practices, DNS configuration, and campaign tracking.

       

    Nice-to-have skills

    • Technical Fluency with tools and scripting languages like HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.
    • Data Literacy via tools like Google Sheets, Excel, and Data Studio.
    • Skilled in building and maintaining digital infrastructure (e.g., CMS setups like WordPress with LearnDash/Memberium).
